Thank you for selecting our practice. We would like to assist you in any way we can in making your experience here a pleasant one. We hope that the information provided below will be helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you!
When you call for an appointment, please inform the receptionist that you are a new patient. We will ask you a few questions regarding your personal information. Please let us know if this appointment is for dental cleaning, an emergency or a consultation.
Please let us know about any medical problems you might have. You may need to be pre-medicated before the appointment. Pre-medication is necessary if you have a heart murmur, mitral valve prolapse or if you have any joint replacements.
We recommend all new patients come in fifteen minutes early to complete the necessary paper work. At this time we will also verify insurance for you. For your convenience you may prepare your paperwork in advance of your appointment by printing out our New Patient Forms below.
We strive to do our best to stay on schedule for your appointments. We realize your time is valuable, but rest assured we also strive to see scheduled patients who are in extreme pain or discomfort as quickly as possible. Unfortunately emergencies arise, and, in those occasional circumstances, we will inform you of any delays so that you can adjust your schedule if need be. As the same, we would appreciate you notifying us of any changes in your appointment, so that we may do the same. As always we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Our friendly and caring staff believes in providing the most comfortable atmosphere during your visit here. We strive to make every visit to our office a pleasant one. Our office is beautifully decorated complete with bird aviaries to relax you during your dental visit. We offer evenings and Saturday hours for your convenience as well as same day emergency visits.
